Personally, I am surprised that Gov. Perry has the guts to be for TX HCR 50. He has always struck me as something of a moderate. Maybe that means this resolution is so popular that he thinks it will bolster his chances of being re-elected if he supports it. Who knows! Anyway, here is his speech. It is actually better than I would have anticipated.
